This ever popular workshop is back. Learn to make this sylish and contemporary basket in a day.
This basket has been specially designed for beginners.
You'll be taught traditional basket making techniques and use a variety of willow to make this lovely of basket.
All materials and tools will be provided.
Suitable for beginners, or those with some basketmaking experience
Date: Saturday 11th October
Time: 10.00 - 17.00(ish) (please arrive by 09.45)
Place: Teddington Constitutional Club, Stanley Road, Teddington (free parking, close to Fulwell and Teddington stations and bus routes)
Please bring a packed lunch as we'll take a short lunch break to ensure we finish our baskets in time.
Free tea, coffee, home made cake provided.
Full dissabled access.
Please bear in mind basket making is tough on the hands, so if you have a loss of strength in your hands you might find this class difficult.
