I am a maker.

A carver of spoons

I studied fine art many years ago, but have always used textiles and natural materials to make functional objects.  I am now a full-time spoon carver and basket maker since a change of career.

If it's not made, it'll be grown on my allotment in South West London - this includes some of the willow and wood I use in my products. 

I love sharing my skills and meeting people at markets and fairs.

I run workshops in spoon carving and basketry.

I am a Yeoman of the Worshipful Company of Basketmakers, a member of the Basketry Association as well as a member of the Association of Pole Lathe Turners and Green Wood Workers
