Shoulder basket workshop

Learn to make this contemporary style shoulder basket with a canvas strap and hand carved toggles.
This basket has been specially designed for beginners.
You'll be taught traditional basket making techniques and use a variety of willow to make this lovely of basket.
All materials and tools will be provided.Suitable for beginners, ary 2025

Place: Teddington Constitutional Club, Stanley Road, Teddington
Please bring a packed lunch as we'll take a short lunch break to ensure we finish our baskets in time.
Free tea, coffee, home made cake provided.

Please bear in mind basket making is tough on the hands, so if you have a loss of strength in your hands you might find this class difficult.
